Free Delivery with Royal Mail in 2- 5 working days on all orders over £24.90.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery generally takes 2 – 5 working days if the delivery address is in mainland Great Britain. Certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time. 

Unclaimed and misdirected packages that are delivered to us, will be charged with £12.99. It is your responsibility to make sure that the address you enter is correct.

Can I change the delivery address or make changes to my order?

Please note that we will begin processing your order as soon as the order confirmation appears.
Due to our high order volume, all orders that are placed successfully go directly to the shipping floor within minutes after the order is placed to get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to our warehouse for processing.

Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will successfully be able to change your order and address after your order has been placed. We strongly advise you to double check the delivery and order information you enter before you place an order.
